What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For local folks in Buffalo, we offer Ludicrous Delivery! Some select retail sellers also offer local pickup. If you're outside of Buffalo, some sellers may offer shipping. You'll see your available options during checkout.

How Fast is Ludicrous Delivery?

In most cases you'll get it same day! Now that's Ludicrously FAST!

Orders placed after the cut-off at 4pm are delivered the next day. We make it easy to know, with delivery estimates on both the product page & checkout.

What About Holidays?

We're typically delivering on the holidays with the following exceptions:
Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major online credit cards.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yup! Stripe Payments handles all of our payments and are well known for maintaining extremely tough security standards.

We do not store any card data on our servers as an additional point of security.

How do I place an Order?

Add the items you'd like to purchase as add them to your cart! From there, simply complete a quick check-out.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order by clicking the link at the top of this page. You'll need the order numbers sent to your email. You can also login to your account to view the order's status. We'll also send you updates via email & SMS (if selected during checkout).

How Can I Return a Product?

Since we work directly with local retailers & artisans, returns are best handled by them. Each retailer handles returns a little bit differently, so please contact them for more information.
